Placing Orders for Goods

Moozy reserves the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for reasons including but not limited to:

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You may cancel your order in accordance with these Terms and our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Your right to cancel applies only to items returned in original condition with all packaging and tags intact. Items that are damaged, worn, or returned without original packaging may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Moozy will reimburse you within 14 days of receiving returned goods, using the original payment method unless otherwise arranged. No fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

You will not have the right to cancel orders for:

• Customized or personalized goods

• Goods unsuitable for return due to hygiene reasons, if unsealed

• Goods that deteriorate quickly or are past expiry

• Goods that are inseparably mixed with others after delivery

Digital goods where performance has begun with your consent

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We are constantly updating our products. Despite our efforts, products may be mispriced, inaccurately described, or unavailable. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any product information.

We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.

Prices Policy

Moozy reserves the right to modify prices at any time prior to accepting an order.

If external factors affect delivery—such as changes in customs duties, shipping costs, or currency fluctuations—we reserve the right to adjust the pricing post- purchase. In such cases, you will have the option to cancel your order.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our Australian warehouse. During peak periods, processing times may extend slightly.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Australia: 2–5 business days

• New Zealand: 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method.

Order Tracking

Customs & Import Duties

Refund & Exchange Policy

Returns

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is:

• Unworn and unwashed

• In its original condition with tags attached

• Returned in original packaging

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at moozyclothes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Moozy shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform obligations under these Terms if the delay or failure results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages.
